Entry Rules

  • Any commercial wines and spirits (Domestic & International); produced by a professional winery or distillery, for purchase by consumers and distributors, may be entered.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries per producer.
  • The entry form should be filled out in its entirety for entries to be adequately judged.
  • Riesling classes will be defined according to the International Riesling Foundation scale (drinkriesling.com).
  • Wine entry fee: $65.00 US per entry
    Spirit entry fee: $75.00 US per entry
  • Bottles per entry:
    Wine - 4 bottles
    Spirits - 2 bottles
    200 ml and less – 6 bottles

  • All International Producers must be registered with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and have an 11 digit facility registration number from the FDA. You may register at https://www.access.fda.gov/. If you need assistance or would like us to complete your registration, please call FLIWC at 1-800-785-2135.
  • Customs Clearance, Broker and Transportation Fees
    All related fees are the sole responsibility of the producer winery. The FLIWC will not accept shipments that require payment on delivery or customs fees. Do not ship entries until you have a COLA Waiver.
