Dorothy Johnston is a Certified Specialist of Wine, AWS Graduate Judge, level two Court of Master Sommeliers, a member of l'Order du Mondial and the Chaine des Rotisseurs, in addition to being a Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Educator and a member of the American Academy of Chefs. She is currently the Department Chair for Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry at Erie Community College's City Campus is Buffalo, NY. Chef Dorothy is delighted to participate in the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition and to be a part of helping Camp Good Days and Special Times.
