Industrial Designer from National University of Cuyo, began her tasting experience in 2000. She decided to dedicate herself to the sensory analysis of wine, olive oil and honey, which represents the genuine productions of her homeland. She graduated in Tasting & Technical Development of Olive Oil in 2006 and Celina received her Sommelier diploma at Mendoza Wine Institute in 2011. For several years she has participated in training for sensorial analysis of olive oil in the Mendoza Olive Oil Tasting Panel. She is certified by the International Olive Council. She has participated in weekly training in sensory analysis of honey in the INTI (National Institute of Industrial Technology). She actively participates as a tasting judge in national and international competitions as Vinandino (wines, Argentine), Vinus (wines, Argentine), La Mujer Elige (wines, Argentine), Olivinus (olive oil, Argentine), Terraolivo (olive oil, Israel), Olive D#39 (olive oil, Canada), Cuyoliva (olive oil, Argentina), Apimondia (meads, Argentine and Ukraine), Mazer Cup International (meads, USA), among others. She is member of World Association Wine Spirit Writers and Journalist (WAWWJ). Her entrepreneurial spirit drives her passion for tasting and continual self-improvement.
